Tajudeen A. Akande, B.Sc., M.Sc., FCA, F.IoD., ACIT

Tajudeen Akande is the Managing Partner. He trained at the University of Benin, Nigeria where he obtained an Honours degree in Accounting (B.Sc.), and later at the University of Leicester, UK where he obtained a Masters degree in Finance (M.Sc.). He also attended executive courses at the Lagos Business School and at the Harvard Business School, Boston, MA.

Tajudeen started his career with Akintola Williams & Co. (Now Deloitte) in 1988 and moved to PKF in 1993. He serves as the firm’s International Liaison Partner and a Director on the African Regional Board of PKF International.

Najeeb Abdussalaam, HND, MBA, FCA

Najeeb Abdussalaam is an Audit Partner. He has over twenty years of audit practice experience and has worked at senior level on various audit assignments of the firm.

Najeeb is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.

Najeeb’s areas of expertise include auditing and investigations.

Olatunji Ogundeyin, HND, FCA, FCTI

Olatunji Ogundeyin is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has over twenty eight years of audit practice experience.

Olatunji started his career with Ayo Akinrogunde & Co. in 1990 and  worked with Akintola Williams Deloitte between 1993-2011 before joining the PKF team in October 2011.

Olatunji specializes in auditing and investigation, and has specialist trainings in International Standards on Quality Control1 (ISQC1). He is a Partner and the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Benson Adejayan, B.Sc., FCA

Benson Adejayan is an Audit Partner. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has an honours degree (B.Sc.) in Economics from the Lagos State  University.

Benson started his career at KPMG Audit (formerly Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co.), which later merged with Akintola Williams Deloitte in 2004. He joined the PKF team in 2011.

Benson has over twenty years of audit practice experience, especially with clients in the Manufacturing, IT services, General Trading and Conglomerates.

Agboola A. Aremu, FCA

Agboola Adewale Aremu is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over thirty years of audit practice experience with competencies in financial investigation, taxation, audit of both public and private sector organizations.

Agboola is the Resident Partner in Kaduna and with excellent communication skills in English, Hausa and Yoruba languages.

Emmanuel D. Akintola, HND, ACA

Emmanuel Akintola, an Associate Partner in the firm, is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a graduate of Accounting in Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa with distinction class.

Emmanuel commenced his career in Jos International Breweries as an Audit Assistant in 1988 and joined Pannell Kerr Forster in 1999.

Emmanuel has over twenty years of audit practice experience, especially with clients in the public sector, the non-profit sector spanning NGOs and multi-lateral organizations such as USAID, AfDB, World Bank, Global Fund and DFID funded projects.

Isiaka Iyanda Aremu, B.Sc., FCA

Isiaka Aremu is an Associate Partner in the firm based in Kano. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy; and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Isiaka has over fifteen years post professional qualification experience in audit and consultancy engagements that transcend organizations in both public and private sector.

Self-motivated and committed to professional behavior; Isiaka Aremu has an in-depth grasp of audit procedures, risk management procedures, internal control systems, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting frameworks of organizations.

Nike Elizabeth Akapo, HND, FCA

Nike Akapo is the Partner, Advisory Services. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Bida.

Nike has over twenty years of practice experience. Prior to joining PKF as Director - Advisory Services, she worked in Starhub Professional Services as a Principal Consultant; she was a Senior Manager - Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst and Young. She has also worked as a Zonal Business Manager at Integrated Microfinance Bank, Head Finance and Control at Berachah Microfinance Bank, and as an Area Office Accountant at Nigeria Agricultural Cooperative and Rural Development Bank.

Fatai Adewale Akande, HND, FCA

Fatai Akande is a Partner in the firm and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara state.

Fatai has about two decades of audit practice experience with key competencies in Financial Analysis and Business Appraisal, Design and Implementation of Management Information and Financial Control Systems, Fraud and Investigations, Auditing of financial statements of organizations in the public and private sectors of the economy with auditing antecedents in Oil and Gas (downstream and midstream sectors), Transport and Logistics, Manufacturing, and Trading sectors of the economy. He specializes in the audit of banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
